Terms & Conditions — Flocking Good Farms

By placing an order with Flocking Good Farms, you agree to the following:
1. Orders & Payment
- All orders must be paid in full at checkout.
- Minimum order of $150 required for shipped deliveries.
- Farm-fresh eggs are available for local pickup/delivery only; we do not ship eggs.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- We offer local delivery to Big Sandy, Havre, Fort Benton, and Great Falls.
- We ship frozen poultry within Montana via UPS 2nd Day Air at a flat rate of $55.
- Orders over $395 qualify for free shipping.
- We are not responsible for packages left unattended after delivery.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
- Perishable products are non-returnable.
- If you have a problem with your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
4. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as needed; the latest version will always be posted on our website.
